GRATITUDE

Self-care tip: Plan to write a gratitude list every evening for 10 minutes before bed. Set an alarm reminder on your phone or schedule it in your calendar. I've found that it is easier to write at night so that I can include things that I am grateful for from that day. And one thing that made me giggle. It improves sleep, improves your sense of wellbeing. Schedule time for you this evening. Comment if you implemented this self care tip. How did you feel after?
